Lester’s Spartan helmet started wearing a red and white hat on 1st December.

The first elf appeared on his shelf the day after.

By the end of the week, a giant Christmas tree was causing a health and safety nightmare in the middle of the atrium.

Two days later, the first inflatable reindeer turned up.

Connor thought that the tinsel festooning Cutter’s anomaly prediction matrix was a distinct improvement. The eccentric academic begged to differ.

One thing that everyone agreed on, though, was that they knew it was Christmas when the canteen baked the first mince pies of the year.
