Well, a discussion with Deinonychus_1 last week on Interesting visual places, brought about by commenting on Primeval whilst watching Sharpe, led to her wonderful Soldier, Soldier fic, and Rodlox wants to play at developing the same theme, and I've also had some conversations off-line on similar themes with Master_Kogane so ...........

.............where do we go next?

We've had such themes as (in no particular order):

    -   Bears and Oil, in various combinations
    -   Dodos, which I suspect will appear again soon
    -   Sharpe/Ryan, with added mud

All of which have resulted in fic, so what do we have left, or what would people like to suggest? And who might rise, or sink, to the occasion?

I'll throw one in for starters ..............I'm still stuck in that Very Interesting Visual Place that had a grubby, and slightly damaged looking Jack, in chains.

Who's next to add to the Things You'd Like to See List?

Even if it doesn't result in fic, we can have a fun time dreaming up scenarios .........spread the word .........

*happy that she has the right icon for this special occasion*

I call the dodo('s, for extra kink) molesting Stephen plot bunny of D00M (TM)!And extra points for throwing sex pollen into the mix!
*runs off before the nice guys with the white jackets come to get her*

(You had it coming, dear! >:D)

It's always nice to get stuck in a Very Interesting Visual Place...though mine are usually not fit for anywhere but the gutter.

I totally agree with you about grubby Jack in chains, that needs to go somewhere!

Also can we have Sharpe/Ryan with more mud, and can there be wrestling?

More oil...possibly in another historical setting, because that was very distracting to write.

Lying awake at night can be very helpful and inspiring:

Ryan and Stephen, rainy day and a forest.
A mission gone wrong, casualties and pent up anger. *meaningful pause*
They start to fight, rolling around in mud. Yes, you heard me. There is much, much mud. And they throw nice things at each other, like:
"Cutter's boy toy!" and "Lester's toy soldier!"
Then they have hot angry!sex. ... oh, come on. You saw that one coming! *giggles*
And did I mention all the mud?

Well, I will let you alone now in that Interesting Visual Place.
I'll be right over there with my cookies and thanks for visiting!

*is sad that the dodo's didn't want to participate in that one*

Me and a non-LJ friend have quite boring jobs, and occasionally text each other saying, "I'm bored, got any interesting visual places?" This often escalates over the afternoon, depending on quite *how* bored we are.

I seem to recall the last one went along the lines of:

Anomaly in a chocolate factory. While chasing dinosaurs, Ryan and Stephen fall into a vat of chocolate. The rest of the team then find interesting ways to help them get cleaned up.

I'm glad I've met you lot through Livejournal. I was starting to worry about my visual places, but now at least I know I'm not the only one!

*cautiously adds her two-cents worth to the smutty craziness*

Much as I loved the death-scene in Doctor Who, I was very disappointed that the Doctor didn't get to keep the Master locked up in a little room on the Tardis. Therefore, that is my interesting visual place...

My other interesting visual place (which has been rattling around in the back of my mind for weeks now) involves some kind of DW/Primeval crossover. I'm not even sure of the details except that there was comedy-type-stuff (and possibly slashiness) between Connor and the tenth Doctor. And it was in the woods. And the Tardis was there. And Connor went all fanboy. As I say, this plot bunny has been bouncing around for a while now, but I haven't found time to do anything about it. So, if anyone feels a strong desire to go somewhere with it, I would love to see the result...

Hmmm...intersting visual place. How about dirty!Jack in chains and The Master?

I did a meme about slash pairings and Jack got paired with The Master. Talk about hot.

The last pairing in my slash list broke my brain.
