“There’s nothing to worry about, Mr Watts.” Jenny said, attempting to put the elderly man at ease. “We’ll take things from here.”

“You’ve just filled my garden with soldiers, lass. Looks to me like it’s you who’s worried, not me.”

“Incoming!”

The fractured ball of light pulsed and a young boy, no older than eight came running through, yelling: “Billy!”

Jenny watched as the man took a step forward, a look of wonder on his face.

“Teddy?”

The boy swerved around Becker’s men and pelted towards the house.

“You know him?” Jenny asked.

“He’s my twin brother,” Billy said quietly.
