So, I was going to post one big review for this at the end of part 3, but I've already got loads of things I want to say that I'll forget if I wait until the end of the story.

This is an absolutely fantastic beginning - I love the way you are ramping up the tension and the danger. And Stephen and Ryan are absolutely, 100% perfectly portrayed. Totally in character.

And, for some reason, the little hint of back story about the owners of the hotel was almost one of the best things about the story. Such a small thing, but it just adds that extra something and shows that you really think about the details.

Okay, now on to the less serious stuff.

One - rocket launcher. Yay! Can't wait to see if one actually makes an appearance later on.

Two - The sodding things always had big teeth. Or claws. Or something equally nasty like a sting. Ryan was really starting to go off wildlife. Especially wildlife from different eras.
Heeheehee.

And three - you can't see me, but I'm bouncing up and down in my chair because I think I know what the the big and scary is! This I have deduced from the mention of the reocket launcher. Although I'm going to look really dumb if I'm wrong...

So I'm going to read part 2 now tofind out if I'm right.
