“Boiler unit’s playing up,” Connor said, shedding his waistcoat over the back of a chair in the conference room.
“Does Norman know?”
“He was on the phone to Lambeth Palace half an hour ago,” Claudia said.
“Could they help?”
“Unlikely, but they do like a good theological debate.”
“Niall has gone to see what he can do to help,” Lorraine announced.
“Hit it with a really big knife?” Lester suggested, loosening his tie a fraction.
“It worked last time.”
“That’s the sort of theological debate I approve of.”
