primeval100 challenge 112, Captain Becker.
“You’re not serious?” Connor’s eyes were wide and pleading. “Tell me you’re not serious.”
Sarah stared at the piece of papyrus. “I’m sorry, Connor, the scroll is quite precise on the subject of curses like the one affecting you. You need to secure a strong protector on the metaphysical plane.”
“And to do that, I have to kiss … Captain Becker?”
“Not specifically. Any of the soldiers would do. It just says it has to be a warrior.”
Scepticism warred with desperation and lost, hands down.
Now all Sarah had to do was make sure this got caught on camera.
