“I’m vetoing Black Sabbath,” Claudia said firmly.
Ryan grinned and shoved his Sabbath Bloody Sabbath CD back in the glove compartment.
“And nothing with fiddley diddley stuff in,” Stephen said, looking at Nick.
“Philistine,” Nick retorted.
“My turn to choose,” Connor declared, docking the iPod the team had clubbed together to get him for his birthday.
“Not Prefab Sprout,” Abby pleaded. “We had them all the way Brighton last week.”
“Random play!” Connor declared. “That way there’s stuff everyone likes.”
Moments later, feet started tapping to Eddy Cochran and everyone chorused: ‘But there ain't no cure for the summertime blues.’”
