“We need a digging skip for Fishmonger’s Hole,” Lyle announced.
“We are in a frou-frou area of London, my little cherub. I feel it’s unlikely that you’ll find caving accessories here.”
Lyle eyed an enormous olive oil container on its way to the pavement to await the recycling collection. He grinned at the owner. “Free to a good home?”
“It’s empty.”
“Empty is good. I just want to cut the side off and fill it with mud and rocks in a hole in the ground.”
“Everyone should have a hobby, mate.”
Lester rolled his eyes. “He has, that’s the problem.”
