“Abby, is chocolate bad for raptors?”
Finn deposited a sack full of tranquilised raptors at Abby’s feet.
The animal expert looked puzzled. “I’ve got no idea. Why?”
“Some wankpuffin’s organised an Easter egg hunt and used chocolate eggs.”
“In the woods, where everyone in the area walks their dogs?”
“Stephen’s pointing out the error of their ways,” Nick commented.
“Where’s Ryan?”
“Lounging against a tree looking intimidating. And making sure Stephen doesn’t actually thump anyone.”
“Spoilsport, Perimeter?”
“Lyle’s on it.”
“Good. Let’s get this little lot home then do a sweep. And if we find any chocolate, we’re confiscating it.”
