Lyle stared at the wreckage. “Who’s going to break it to Lester?”
“He’s your boyfriend,” Ryan pointed out.
“You called in the tank, not me.”
“We needed a bigger gun. Even the professor agreed with that.”
“I’m a palaeontologist not a bloody archaeologist,” Cutter commented as his phone started to ring. “James? Ah, so you’ve already heard. Yes, I’m afraid you could describe it as rather more stone than henge right now. Yeah, sorry, but if you can keep English Heritage off our backs a wee while longer, Lyle swears he’s got a mate who can put it back together.”

Though my last conversation with my Nanna years ago was to do with an article about how Stonehenge probably wasn't in its correct assembly anyway, that someone more recent had bunged it back together like that. So Lester should take heart that they might be able to put it back together in a more suitable way this time (if there's much left to do so...) *G*
