The creature was unimaginably huge and very definitely dead.
“I didn’t touch it!” Becker said in response to Cutter’s accusing stare.
“I think it might have died of natural causes,” Abby said quickly, pouring oil on troubled waters.
“I think we might just have found the perfect way of keeping the Natural History Museum happy,” Stephen remarked.
“That wasn’t my fault either!” Becker said defensively.
“Course not, mate,” Connor said. “We believe you, thousands didn’t. Now all we’ve got to do is find the world’s biggest pan to boil it in but it’ll be easier than finding them another replica.”
