Stephen pounced on the parcel like a raptor in a hen run.

He poked it, shook it, then shredded the wrapping paper in seconds.

On the few occasions when Lester dragged Ryan off the Anomaly Project for what was only described cryptically as good reasons, the captain would invariably return with a interesting present of some sort.

Stephen’s blue eyes widened in delight at the sight of two pairs of padded wrist and ankle restraints and he gave a low, appreciative whistle. “Who says romance is dead?”

Ryan grinned. “It’ll make a change from cable ties and old socks, sweetie.”

I've been useless at MOST of the movie memes, LOL. Score so far, from about 4 I've looked at has been about three quotes. I couldn't get a single one of yours!! I'm clearly a Bassett of Little Brain.

I loved the description of Stephen opening the present - I could totally see it, and his expression when he sees what Ryan has got him. And really, anything has got to be better than cable ties and old socks!
