Captain Ryan rang. 2.50pm

He said sorry, but you probably aren’t going to like this one. He’ll explain when they’ve finished mopping up.

Claudia rang. 3.30pm

She said if you’ve got any contacts in the Milton Keynes Observer, now’s the time to call them in. If you haven’t, she said she needs an increased limit on the Bribery Budget.

Lieutenant Lyle rang.  4.05pm

He said it’s probably not as bad as the rest of them are making out.

He said sorry, they were right after all, you really aren’t going to like this but he’ll take you out to dinner to make up for it.
