Stephen stared at the pile of damp leaves and sticks on the soggy ground. “You have got to be joking.”
Kermit shrugged and just carried on building a nest of sticks.
Ryan chucked on armful of wet wood and promptly flattened it all.
Ditzy handed him an even wetter tree branch.
Connor perched miserably on a fallen tree, arms wrapped tightly around himself.
Finn walked up, emptied a plastic container of liquid over the wood, said, “Stand back,” and threw on a burning match.
The petrol caught light instantly, as did the wood.
Finn grinned at Stephen. “Training, mate. Training.”
