Summary : Written for the Primeval100 challenge 554, Love at First Sight
Becker ran his fingers slowly along the 18.5” length, hard and silky under his fingers, a dark matt blue/black, then he tugged the six-position adjustable stock into place, to give an extra four inches.
Becker had never believed anyone who said size didn’t matter. It did. A lot.
The top mounted safety allowed for ambidextrous operation and the dual extractors, positive steel-to-steel lockup, twin action bars, and an anti-jam elevator ensured smooth operation.
Additional special features offered enhanced suitability for low and no-light conditions including accessory lights and lasers.
The seven-shot Mossberg 590A1 had been true love at first sight.
