“Welcome to Wales, Wales welcomes careful drivers,” Finn declared in an bad Welsh accent, as the Land Rover flashed past the sign telling them they’d just left England.
“Remind me why we’re doing this?” Blade muttered.
“So we can go down Little Neath afterwards,” Lyle said. “Stop fucking moaning, the lot of you. We’ve got plenty of beer with us.”
“There’s not enough beer in the world to make sitting through a sodding Cambrian Caving Council meeting palatable,” Ditzy commented.
“There is if you start now.”
“You’re welcome to fucking Wales,” Blade muttered, pulling the tab on a beer can.
