Well, I made my first post earlier today, to the Primeval fan fic site and I managed to make a complete mess of it, and it appeared twice. Then later, the duplicate one disappeared, so I can only presume some helpful moderator got rid of it for me, no doubt roundly cursing my lack of technical savvy. Then I noticed that I hadn't put the proper stuff in the heading of the post, and still haven't a clue how to rectify it, but maybe some equally helpful soul will put me right on that at some point.  So here I am trying another post here, just to see if it gets any easier! I didn't have any intention at all of ever writing, or posting fan fic when I started wandering around in the Live Journal sites, but after a couple of months lurking around and making the occasional comment, I started to feel guilty about all those people who have been writing and posting things that I had enjoyed reading, so my conscience started to stir me to reciprocate.  The original idea was to try my hand at a few lines of porn, then spend the rest of the week working out how to post it in time for Porn Friday.  Oh well, not quite how things ended up, but never mind!
