The new minister looked confused.
“The anomaly project currently relies on The Road Traffic Exemptions (Special Forces) (Variation and Amendment) Regulations 2011 for the use of blue lights and there are no other applicable exemptions to the Road Vehicles Lighting Regulations 1989, minister.”
“It was just a suggestion, Sir James,” the minister said weakly.
