primeval100 challenge 837, Storm Warning
“Has that animal even got a brain?”
Alysia rolled her eyes.
Myles-with-a-y was not a dog lover.
He preferred cats. He’d informed her of that at length. Extreme length.
“Does that dog ever stop barking?”
Myles-with-a-y could go fuck himself with a rusty pole.
Alysia whistled loudly.
Her basset hound shot out of the bushes, still barking.
“Come on, Storm, home.”
She stalked off, leaving Myles-with-a-y’s muttering irritably about yapping canines.
The scimitar-toothed cat that prowled out of the bushes two minutes later demonstrated that Myles-with-a-y wasn’t quite as much of a cat person as he’d led Alysia to believe.
