Lester sighed. “For a member of Her Majesty’s Armed Forces, you can be surprisingly naïve on occasion, Jon.”

“But … they’re ... there are two of them!” coughed Lyle, his voice rising several octaves in sympathy.

“Yes,” said Lester, in his talking to children and scientists voice.

“But they’d never fit!”

“They are fitting, sweetie. Look, two cocks, one hole. See, they fit.”
